Site in Flux… Could He Announce Today?

Just visited Martin Heinrich’s site. It looks like his web team took down the previous site about his work for the City of Albuquerque and replaced it with the stock site for the Joomla Content Management System.

Could they be prepping for an announcement today, we wonders??
